For as long as the supply lasts, anyone booking a “J” cabin during June or July shall receive an $80 discount lowering the price/person from $1725 to $1645. This means that for $235/day, the price of a nice hotel room for one night, you can enjoy a full week of music, cruising, great service and food and the camaraderie of your fellow jazz fans.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, OTHER CHARGES & INSURANCE:
Deposits:
Standard Stateroom $450/person
Staterooms with Verandas $550/person
Suites $650/person
Other Charges:
The above rates are “cruise only” (double occupancy) and do not include airfare, governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees. If requested, the staff of The Playboy Jazz Cruise can assist with airfare. The charge for all other fees described above is $285/person and will be billed with the Balance Due. Trip Insurance is also available through The Playboy Jazz Cruise. Please inquire at the time of booking, for if certain preconditions exist, the purchase of Trip Insurance may be required within 14 days of actual booking.

Payment Schedule:
Balance Due on September 30, 2008
Refund Policy:
Reservation canceled Before Balance Due - 50% of Deposit Refunded
Failure to Pay Balance Due (September 30, 2008) - Deposit Forfeited
Cancellation after Balance Due, but before October 15, 2008 - 50% of Fare Forfeited
Cancellation on or after October 15, 2008 - 100% of Fare Forfeited
Cancellations, to be effective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the date received. A non-refundable $150 cancellation processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before final payment for other causes.
